Our Center Cut Filets are one of the most desirable cuts of steak due to their superbly tender and highly flavorful taste. These center cut tenderloins are USDA PRIME graded – the very best rating you can buy. Hand cut and trimmed, the filets are wet-aged for 21 days and then individually vacuum-sealed for freshness. Sustainably sourced from Midwest bred and fed premium Angus cattle, they are available in 6 and 8 oz portions, 8 steaks per box.
Tenderloin Tails offer the high end taste you crave in a budget friendly way. Versatile and tasty, you can grill, bake and stir fry this cut with all of your favorite recipes. Hand trimmed and vacuum sealed, there are 16, 5 oz. average sized tails in every box.
