Hand cut and hand trimmed by professional meat cutters, Little Wolf steaks are wet aged for 21 days before they are individually vacuum-sealed for freshness. We work exclusively with USDA PRIME and USDA UPPER 2/3 CHOICE graded beef sustainably sourced from midwest bred and fed premium Angus cattle.
Few meat men can say their burger blends were a century in the making, but we can. Our 4TH GEN BLEND premium burgers are made with USDA Choice Angus Brisket, Chuck and Short Rib. Ground fresh and individually vacuum-sealed, you can taste the legacy in every bite.
