Shipping & Returns


We do everything we can to ensure that your Little Wolf order will arrive in excellent condition. Our steaks and burgers are vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in their fresh flavor. Your order is then boxed and placed inside protective styro shippers with dry ice and packing paper.

Orders placed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, will ship the following day of order. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.  

Shipping costs may change and vary widely, due to pandemic fallout. Shoppers may choose UPS expedited shipping options if available in their area. Unless otherwise selected, orders are shipped UPS Ground.


If you have problems with an order, including any problem regarding your credit card or other payment method or any address or shipping information related to your order, please contact us at TIM@littlewolffoods.com and we will happily discuss your order and any refunds or exchanges to which you may be entitled.


Although a physical inspection at a UPS-approved facility (location) is typically required for damage package claims, photo documentation can also be submitted, as it helps to provide a timely resolution of your damaged package claim. When submitting photo documentation for damaged package claims, we request the following seven digital pictures:

  1. A photo of the damaged item

  2. A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)

  3. A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)

  4. A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number.)

  5. A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available.  

  1. Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One, to display the top and two sides. The second, to display the bottom and the opposite sides.) 

  1. Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width.

Online claims support the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, .pdf, .docx, .png.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
