These premium Angus Filet Mignons are graded at the Upper 2/3 USDA CHOICE level. Delicious and juicy, the tenderloins are wet-aged for 21 days, and hand cut and trimmed by master butchers before they are individually vacuum-sealed. Humanely sourced from Midwest bred and fed Angus cattle, they are currently available in 6 and 8 oz size portions, 8 pieces per box.
